The staff was helpful. The hotel location was convenient with shops and the beach close by. (I really enjoyed being near the beach.)
The food became a bit repetitive. The same food was served daily so it got boring. (It would have been nice with a little more variation.)

the staff at reception greeted me with such warmth and provided helpful information! the variety of food offered at the buffet was abundant, it was a pleasure to see so many options. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transport links, i found everything conveniently located.
the gym equipment seemed outdated, and some machines were out of service, causing a slight inconvenience during my workouts.

The hotel staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness. They addressed all requests promptly, i really appreciated it! the reception team offered quick assistance with directions and local recommendations. They were always smiling, i remember.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide array of choices. I could choose from fresh fruits to pastries. dinner service had themed evenings, great for diverse tasting experiences. I was thrilled! the restaurant staff ensured tables were clean.

The hotel is located near the main shopping streets. I loved that i could walk everywhere. proximity to public transportation made excursions easy. I used public transport a lot! several restaurants and cafes are just a short walk away.

Decent Stay but Some Annoyances
strict pool ruleslimited entertainment
I found a couple of things frustrating. The pool had a ridiculous rule against inflatables. Kids could not really enjoy themselves freely. the evening entertainment was a miss. It lacked variety. It did not keep anyone entertained for long, and it seemed like a waste of time. We expected more from the hotel, honestly.
